Yes thats right, due to our great relationship direct with Black & Decker, Tools & Parts Direct are happy to announce that Black & Decker Versapak Batteries are still available to our customers here in the UK.
If you don't already know, Versapak was a line of household power tools provided by Black & Decker with the goal of providing a single battery which could be inter-changed between any of the Versapak products.
Unfortunately, Black & Decker discontinued this line of products in the UK but becuase the products were so good and well made, they stood the test of time, even to this day. Also, the batteries, although officially documented to last upto 300 re-charges, were proven to last well beyond this lifespan hence why our customers continued to contact us asking if we could still supply them.
It was with our customers needs that we decided to source these batteries direct from Black & Decker over in the USA and because of our great relationship with Black & Decker (both in the UK and Internationally), we are able to continue to supply these batteries to all our customers here in the UK.
